LaDore Couture is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country. Customers who contact us within 20 business days from shipment date claiming that their items were never delivered are eligible for a replacement item or store credit only. Please note you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from LaDore Couture. Delivery times vary from country to country. LaDore Couture is NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by border government or customs agents. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND TAX
Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. LaDore Couture is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to LaDore Couture by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.
Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
WRONG ADDRESS, NON-RECEIVED ITEMS AND RETURNS
If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the client will be charged the actual shipping charges and any unpaid customs/duties incurred by LaDore Couture. One of our representatives will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
LaDore Couture wants you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items because they’re not quite right for you. For those times, here’s what you can do.
Our policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 business days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. LaDore Couture does not offer refunds. Our exchange policy allows you to receive full credit toward your exchanged item(s). SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
LASHES: Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In your email please include:
- Order number
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return
- Item to be received from exchange (include size, if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is back-ordered, we will notify you of the possible delay via email. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Damaged items (if applicable)
We hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges are shipped complimentary. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
